There should be a simple way to delete it from the app, I am not understanding why this is so hard. ![]() That email account which is the second screenshot I am not able to delete it from the list. You can can see by the screenshots that there is an account listed on the left on my Outlook iOS app. Microsoft had me go through all the settings and their finally solution is call Apple there is nothing we can do. I said no way that should not be the only option. Apples final solution is just wipe the entire phone, do not restore from backup and manually input everything back in. The app is but there is no settings to remove the account.Ģ) I have spoke with both Apple and Microsoft support, which they have not been able to help. The account is still trying to login and I want to be able to delete it,īut for some reason the Outlook iOS app does not have that option.ġ) I have go through all the settings on my iOS phone Mail and Accounts, General.etc. I use to work for a company and no longer work there. ![]() I am have been on the phone/chat with Microsoft and Apple trying to figure out how to remove an account from the Outlook iOS app.
